The IT Crowd centres on Roy, Moss and Jen. They make up the I.T. department of Reynholm Industries. However, while their social betters work upstairs in fantastic surroundings, Roy, Moss and Jen work in a horrible dark basement underneath it all. Jen knows nothing about computers whilst Roy and Moss are total geeks.

BSG Review:

The IT Crowd comes from Graham Linehan, the writer of ' Father Ted ' and ' Black Books ' and from Ash Atalla who's previous production credits include award-winning ' The Office '. With this sort of pedigree behind the comedy, series one had a lot to live up to.

Whether it delivered is very much up for debate. The IT Crowd seems to have split viewers down the middle - some thought it was badly written rubbish, others loved it. This split is demonstrated quite well by the comments on our visitors reviews page.

We guess the jury is still out. Series one didn't obtain brilliant viewing figures despite a massive PR push by C4 however the channel was obviously fairly happy as it has commissioned another series. We can therefore expect to see Moss, Roy, and Jen on our screens again towards the end of the year!
